Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Frame Studio sunglasses. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging (case, pouch, and cleaning cloth included).
Proof of purchase is required.
Sale items and personalised products are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at framestudio.support@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
