Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.

30-day return policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return any unworn item for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

How to return

1. Email us at framestudio.support@gmail.com with your order number.
2. We will send you a prepaid return label (free within Europe).
3. Pack your items securely and drop them off at your nearest post office.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

EU right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order. No reason is needed. This is in addition to our 30-day return policy.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us with photos within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the style you prefer.
